Cancellation Policy

Any changes or cancellations to an order must be made within 24 hours of placing it. After this time, your order may already be processing and we may be unable to make changes.
If your cancellation is confirmed within 24 hours, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

Damaged Items

We package all products carefully to avoid damage during shipping.

  • An item is considered damaged if it has a defect or is physically broken.

  • Minor damage to packaging (such as a dented box) with the product in good condition is not considered damage.

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

  • Email contact@lytafy.com with a clear photo of the damage.

  • If eligible, we will send you a replacement at no cost.

We do not refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged due to normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.


Shipping & Delivery

We aim to deliver your order quickly, but we are not responsible for delays outside our control, including courier delays, customs, or other shipping issues.
We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.


Incorrect Shipping Address

It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout.
