At Lytafy, we’re proud to offer FREE shipping no minimums, no hidden fees.


Order Processing Times

  • Please allow 1–3 business days to process and dispatch your order after it is placed.

  • An order is considered dispatched once it’s handed over to our shipping carrier and in transit to your address.

  • During peak seasons and holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.


Estimated Shipping Times

Delivery times refer to the transit period after dispatch and can vary based on your location.

Please note:

  • Shipping carriers may experience delays during peak times or holidays.

  • International shipments may encounter customs delays beyond our control, which can extend delivery times.


Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details

  • It’s the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

  • If there’s an error, email contact@lytafy.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to make the change, but it’s not guaranteed after this period.

  • If our system detects an address issue, we will email you within 3 business days to confirm your details. If no reply is received, we may cancel your order.


Delayed Delivery

We aim to ship all orders promptly, but some delays are beyond our control, such as:

  • Courier delays, severe weather, or transportation disruptions

  • Product availability issues

  • Address verification problems

  • Payment processing delays

While Lytafy cannot guarantee exact delivery dates or be held liable for delays caused by external factors, we will always:

  • Keep you informed of any issues

  • Work with our courier partners to get your package to you as quickly as possible


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order is handed to our courier, it’s no longer in our direct control.

  • If your package is lost or stolen, contact contact@lytafy.com and we’ll assist in tracking or filing a claim.

  • You should also contact the courier directly to start their claims process.

  • Lytafy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and these situations fall outside our refund policy, but in some cases, we may offer a replacement depending on the circumstances.

  • In certain cases, filing a police report may be recommended.
